Compensation and Incentives

• $39–$42 per hour (based on experience)

• FT Sign-on bonuses $5000

• Additional $1.50/hr for waiving benefits

Shifts Available

• Part-Time: 3 PM – 11 PM | 11 PM – 7 AM

• Full Time 7 AM – 3 PM | 3 PM – 11 PM | 11 PM – 7 AM

Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

As an RN at Green Acres Nursing and Rehab, you will be a vital part of our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident health and documenting vital signs, symptoms, and care outcomes

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Supporting residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort

• Collaborating with CNAs, fellow RNs, LPNs, physicians, and family members

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

• Participating in shift reports and care plan updates

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or a compact state

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
