Your Role as an RN Supervisor – Evening Shift

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor working 3 PM – 11 PM, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring top-tier care for residents and seamless facility operations during your shift. Core responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff to ensure adherence to care plans and clinical standards

• Overseeing the well-being and safety of residents throughout the evening shift

• Managing shift staffing levels, breaks, and task delegation

• Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and family members

• Handling emergencies and resolving concerns with sound judgment and compassion

• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting during your shift

What You Need to Succeed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state

• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• A passion for delivering compassionate and professional care
