Green Acres Lawn & Snow is hiring for Lawn Care Crew Leader. We primarily service commercial properties and HOA Communities. We are a Premier lawn maintenance company that has a huge emphasis on Quality.
Your role will entail - Weekly mowing, Bush and Hedge trimming, Mulching, General clean ups of Properties.

Duties
- Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care and landscaping technicians to execute daily tasks with quality and professionalism
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to ensure well-manicured lawns.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Assist team members in developing their landscaping skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Landscape Maintenance / Lawn Care
- Supervising or leadership experience leading a small crew
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small construction tools safely and efficiently
- Applicant must have an Insurable Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods
Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour
