Position
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managing a portfolio of commercial and HOA client accounts across landscape maintenance, enhancements, construction, and snow services. This role works closely with an existing Account Manager, operations teams, and company leadership to deliver exceptional service, maintain client satisfaction, and drive account growth.
This is a hands-on position that blends client communication, field leadership, and technology-driven account management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the field and behind a screen.
Primary Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial and HOA accounts

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and site visits

Conduct routine property inspections and quality audits with clients and production managers

Coordinate maintenance operations and enhancement projects with operations teams

Address client concerns professionally and drive timely resolution

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Ensure services are delivered within contract scope, budgeted hours, and quality standards

Balance client expectations with operational capacity and profitability

Track client interactions, inspections, and follow-ups using CRM software

Support and collaborate with production managers and foremen, reinforcing accountability and performance standards
Qualifications

Experience in account management, client services, sales, or operations within landscaping or a related service industry

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Excel

Experience working closely with operations and field teams

Knowledge of commercial landscaping and snow removal services preferred
