Clinic Nurse

Greeley County Health Services is looking for a dedicated and passionate LPN or RN to facilitate vaccine injections and vaccine program oversight. The Clinic Nurse position is full-time Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with no weekends and no holidays.  

 
This position will provide higher level telephone triage for patients, return patient phone calls, and assist with answering questions and concerns.  Handles complex clinical issues and follow-up requests for patient cases that require a greater skill set or medical knowledge than a medical assistant.  The Clinic Nurse will assist in examination and treatment of patients in the clinic setting under direction of Provider.
