Production Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Lead to assist in overseeing daily operations on the production floor and ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a hands-on leadership style and experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of activities of production workers.
• Assist in Assigning tasks and set work schedules to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to production equipment or workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Enforce company policies and maintain discipline on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Spanish Speaking

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work in a noisy or fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
