This is a 2nd shift position (1:30pm - 10pm)
Starting Pay is $19 - $20 Hourly, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

- Exhibit superior safety practices every day.
- Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers.
- Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.
- Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all Lock out tag out policies and procedures
- Assist with 5-S in the department
- Assist clean helper with daily production task. Cover breaks.
- Maintain housekeeping around each mill.
- Assist with proper identification, storage and organization of all parts including partials
- Assist production with tooling changes.
- Maintain and repair air tools.
- Maintain the outside of the department by organizing skids and dividers. Dispose of bad skids and dividers.
- Dump and remove trash from all trash cans daily.
- Obtain aerial lift and bobcat license to assist with department cleaning.
- Secure proper tools for each task.
- May need to vary breaks if something needs done while a grinder is on break
- Communicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation
- Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member
- Perform other assignments as may be requested
