The Quality Manager will develop, implement and administer the Company’s quality programs to achieve the mission, vision, values and goals of the organization.
What You'll Do:
Establish and maintain quality system and procedures
Drive quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of the business
Oversee the development of product quality plans and process control procedures that will ensure products meet all quality specifications and standards
Provide effective and understandable reporting systems to monitor and assess the quality performance of products and processes; take appropriate measures to achieve desired quality levels
Negotiate quality requirements with customers and suppliers and assure compliance with agreed requirements through regular system audits and necessary corrective action
Supply technical assistance to the sales and marketing departments in all quality aspects related to the business; resolve customer and supplier quality problems
Facilitate meetings on a regular basis with customers, suppliers and co-workers regarding quality with high quality presentations and effective meeting skills
Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the quality management system

Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated leadership success in a similar manufacturing role
