Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of accounts payable duties including: entering receivable documents into accounting system.
- Analyzing and correcting discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Enter invoices into accounting system.
- Assist vendors with inquiries.
- Prepare all invoices for weekly payment.
- Assist in monthly closing and prepare analysis of accounts as required.
- Scan and file reports for record retention.
- Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Able to work overtime as assigned.
