In this role, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the community by supporting resident services, maintaining amenities and common areas, assisting with community events, and helping ensure our property is clean, organized, and inviting. Whether you're preparing apartments for new residents, assisting with move-ins, organizing the package room, supporting maintenance operations, or helping residents with technology setup, every day offers an opportunity to make a positive impact.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety in their work, has a strong attention to detail, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Competencies
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience and/or Training: Customer service, hospitality, property management, maintenance, or related experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates: Valid Driver's License preferred
Technology/Equipment: Ability to use computers, smartphones, property management software, and basic hand tools
Other Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., work indoors and outdoors, and work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Background check and drug test required.
Mental & Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, lift and move materials, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with residents and team members, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment
Combination of office, residential, amenity, and outdoor environments. Frequent interaction with residents, guests, vendors, and team members. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, and pet-friendly environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $26.00 per hour Bonus Opportunity of up to 10% Annually
