As a Guest Experience & Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the property, creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Your ability to anticipate needs, foster a sense of community, and coordinate seamless transitions will ensure a high standard of hospitality. By managing key aspects of the turnover process and cultivating meaningful connections, you'll help uphold the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own unique story and personality.
Responsibilities:
- Works hand-in-hand with the Property Manager to ensure leasing goals of the property are achieved through leasing and renewal retention
- Manage and respond to incoming leads (phone, email, text, walk-ins, etc.)
- Support sales and leasing by providing exceptional service to prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
- Conduct tours of apartments and community to potential residents, their families and potential referral sources for purposes of leasing apartments
- Negotiate rates and terms for leases as needed within budgeted parameters
- Maintain budgeted or better monthly retention by creating and sustaining positive relationships with all residents; developing and executing strategies – innovate as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete new lease and renewal files
- Manage all day-to-day administration and organizational duties and tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate the resident journey from application through move-in and post move-in
- Support the move-in and move-out process by coordinating logistics, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring an exceptional first and last impression.
- Plan, coordinate, and host on-site and off-site resident events that foster community and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain timely, professional, and courteous communication with residents, prospects, team members, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive resident experience and consistent communication.
- Receive and organize incoming packages and coordinate outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactively identify, respond to, and resolve issues that may impact day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and support housekeeping for furnished Airbnb units ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience, with specific experience in Property Management
- Luxury Market Rate apartments is a plus
- Must be competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic
- Through outstanding communication skills, build trust and rapport with various decision makers
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company standards
- Yardi experience preferred
