Duties
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible
- Utilize Microsoft Office, document creation, and record keeping tasks
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management to keep the office running smoothlyQualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
