Retail Store Clerk
For over 80 years, Grebe’s Bakery has been a trusted, family-owned business serving communities across Wisconsin. Now in our 4th generation, we’re proud to supply over 120 grocery and convenience stores daily—while our West Allis retail location remains the heart of our customer experience.
We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused team members who take pride in great service and a clean, organized workspace.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer
- Accurately take and fulfill bakery orders
- Stock display cases and keep shelves filled and appealing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong reliability and punctuality (this is non-negotiable)
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends (our busiest and most important shifts)
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification and cash handling experience are a plus
Schedule
- Full-time: 5 shifts per week
- Part-time: 3–4 shifts per week
- Weekend availability required, Sundays are Mandatory
- Current opening: Closing shift (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay & Benefits
- Base pay: $12/hour
- Average earnings with tips: $16.50/hour!
