We’re looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician who enjoys solving complex vehicle issues, delivering high-quality repairs, and taking pride in accurate diagnostics and honest service.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician
- ALL 8 ASE certifications Preferred
Additional Qualities:
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Team-first mindset
- Willingness to mentor other technicians
Technicians are expected to:
- Maintain 90% labor productivity
- Serve as technical leaders within the shop
