About the Role
We’re hiring a B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at PFM Auto & Fleet – Castleton. If you’re strong in diagnostics, enjoy steady workflow, and want a shop that invests in your growth, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform B-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs (brakes, suspension, alignments, electrical, drivability).
- Use scan tools and service information to troubleshoot accurately.
- Document repairs clearly in the RO system.
- Work with Service Advisors on timelines and parts needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.
What You Need
- 3–5 years automotive repair experience (B-tech level).
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable record.
- ASE certifications a plus (we reimburse & support).
