Lead a High-Performing Automotive Shop
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a professional automotive repair facility.

What You'll Do:
As the Operating Partner, you will lead the overall success of the shop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the shop team
- Manage daily shop operations and workflow
- Maintain company standards, systems, and values
- Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication
- Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
- Perform employee coaching and performance reviews
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and warranty administration
- Monitor financial performance and shop profitability
- Handle customer concerns and service recovery
- Ensure shop safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years automotive shop management experience
- 1 year sales experience or strong service sales ability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing technicians and service advisors
- Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance
- Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
