What You’ll Do
- Create a positive, memorable customer experience at every touchpoint
- Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and recommend services
- Build long-term relationships through honesty and transparency
- Present estimates and confidently close sales
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Maintain strong working relationships with service technicians
- Help uphold the shop’s reputation for integrity and high-quality work
What We’re Looking For
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
? At least 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
? 1 year of sales experience or proven ability to sell and lead
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Team-oriented mindset with respect for technicians and coworkers
? Commitment to delivering outstanding service and building customer trust
