Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to support customers, distributors, and internal teams. This position will respond to customer inquiries, process sales orders, maintain accurate information within company systems, research order discrepancies, and provide general support to the Customer Service team.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- In Office

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/HR. Weekly Pay

Position: Full-time, Contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and customer platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive, review, and enter sales orders based on customer requests.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and other customer concerns.
• Review equipment registrations and verify information for accuracy.
• Generate reports and assist with documentation for accounting and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Obtain and organize documentation required for accurate order processing.
• Support Sales and Service Representatives and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service team members as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service, administrative, order entry, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with ERP, ticketing systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and a professional approach to customer service.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
