As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Greatline Group—providing excellent customer support, assisting clients with product knowledge, and guiding them through the process. No prior experience is required; we provide paid hands-on training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Build strong relationships through clear, friendly, and confident communication
- Understand client needs and guide them through the next steps
- Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation for clients
- Provide support, follow-ups, and client updates with exceptional service
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Meet achievable performance metrics (with bonus opportunities)
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
