Position Concept: The role of the Food & Beverage Kitchen Lead is integral in creating and providing exceptional service to our Members. This position requires an individual who is not only pleasant, friendly, and outgoing but also enthusiastic about creating meaningful relationships with our Team, Members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience at our restaurant. Knowledge, Skills and Traits:

• Lead and support kitchen team during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Coordinate food preparation to ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
•  Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures are followed.
•  Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
•  Monitor food and supply levels and communicate inventory or ordering needs to management.
•  Help minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
• Train and assist new kitchen team members on procedures and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house team and management.
• Help identify and resolve operational or guest-service issues during shifts.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies and applicable food safety and health regulations.
• Perform other food and beverage duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and   safe kitchen environment.
