Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ocoee, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, providing accurate information about policies, managing customer accounts, and addressing concerns or resolving issues in a timely manner. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
