Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant
Greatest Potential Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!
We are a pediatric, prenatal, and family wellness chiropractic office dedicated to helping individuals and families live healthier, more connected lives through neurologically focused chiropractic care. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and being part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of our patients.
Starting Pay
$18.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
As a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an important part of the patient experience. Responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
- Answering phones, responding to messages, and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Managing patient records and basic office paperwork
- Assisting with patient education and office activities
- Collecting payments and handling basic financial transactions
- Communicating with patients about appointments and office procedures
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office
- Supporting the chiropractor, office manager, and team with daily office needs
- Helping create a fun, positive environment for our patients and their families
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Warm and comfortable interacting with children, parents, prenatal patients, and adults
- Professional, dependable, and responsible
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating with patients
- A quick learner who is willing to be trained
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
- Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience
Experience
Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or healthcare office is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Customer service, front desk, childcare, administrative, or other people-focused experience is also a plus.
