Greater Vision Marketing is hiring Sales Reps to support customer outreach and event-based sales/marketing campaigns in the Kansas City area. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are interested in building communication, customer service, and sales experience in a professional environment.
Our Sales Team represents client campaigns at community events, and promotional events based on their needs. The role involves speaking with customers, answering questions, and helping maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent client campaigns at scheduled events and promotional locations
- Speak with customers in person and provide accurate information about products or services
- Answer customer questions and assist with basic enrollment or sign-up processes when applicable
- Set up and maintain event materials and presentation areas
- Record daily activity and communicate updates to team leaders
- Maintain professional communication with customers, team members, and event partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to local event locations
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled events
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
Training and support
Paid training is provided. New hires receive instruction on client campaigns, customer communication, and event procedures before working independently.
