- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) and strong knowledge of exercise science, techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Ability to develop individualized and group fitness programs
- Lifesaving certifications (CPR & First Aid) - training provided
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and small group workouts
- Assess clients' fitness levels and design customized fitness programs
- Demonstrate exercises and provide guidance on proper technique and form
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client relationships
