Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Harlingen , TX, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients’ families to promote Greater Valley Hospice's services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and meeting sales goals. The position also requires educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of hospice care and ensuring seamless service delivery for patients and families.
Qualifications
Experienced in Hospice Sales or Healthcare background either Home Health or SNF
- Experience in building client relationships, business development, and managing accounts
- Knowledge of healthcare services, hospice care, and the ability to communicate benefits effectively
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and delivering effective presentations
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently in a face-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site and demonstrate a patient-centered focus in all responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in hospice, healthcare, or sales is an advantage
