Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mcallen TX, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth. They will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, and provide solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also involves promoting Greater Valley Hospice’s services and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills
- Hospice Sales Experience preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage time effectively
- Experience or knowledge in the healthcare or hospice industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer literacy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
