What you'll do:
- Execute and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns including Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Conduct keyword research, audience planning and segmentation, and manage bids and budgets, as well as A/B testing for the purpose of maximizing performance.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to align with clients KPIs, ensuring all efforts ladder up to their strategic imperatives.
- Assist with the development and presentation of media plans, performance & competitive reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with all teams/departments for development and adherence to full-funnel digital strategies.
- Participate in ad copy development keeping clients’ core messaging at the forefront to create impactful assets.
- Perform and document thorough QAs, ensuring campaigns meet government and platform advertising policies, privacy regulations, and industry best practices in addition to Promotional Review Committee (PRC)/Medical Legal Review (MLR) requirements and approvals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for the overall health of accounts, including but not limited to flowcharts, optimization logs, QA checklists, creative trackers, and status sheets.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, explore opportunities for AI-driven media buying/management, first- and third-party data strategies, and privacy compliant targeting.

What's required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years’ experience in paid search and paid social marketing or equivalent combination
- Familiarity with the following platforms preferred: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Analytics (Certification in any a plus!)
- Client facing experience preferred
- Pharma/healthcare experience strongly preferred
