Role:
The Account Director is a data-driven leader responsible for all facets of a successful day-to-day client partnership, including client financial health, relationship management, organic growth and driving innovative, omnichannel-driven strategies to achieve client goals. This role will leverage Greater Than One's capabilities and proprietary technology stack to create hyper-personalized omnichannel marketing experiences that deliver exceptional business outcomes for the client.
Responsibilities:
- Champion client communication, manage expectations and oversee all work conducted on the client’s behalf to ensure a successful partnership, emphasizing trust and expertise in media and technology solutions for healthcare clients.
- Keep up to date on industry and marketing trends and best practices, providing clear, cutting-edge marketing ideas, strategies and thought leadership to clients. Position the agency as a strategic partner, providing education and guidance on innovative solutions.
- Partner with clients to develop roadmaps for meeting short- and long-term marketing objectives.
- Develop informative and insightful Briefs and provide leadership to internal teams to ensure all work aligns with client business needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, brand, and objectives to align with strategic goals.
- Ensure client satisfaction and flawless execution of deliverables; proactively address challenges.
- In partnership with the omnichannel strategist and media SMEs, champion data-driven media strategies, encompassing programmatic, social, search, and emerging platforms, to create hyper-personalized omnichannel experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships by leveraging the agency’s capabilities and proprietary technology stack.
- Oversee the execution of omnichannel campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and client goals. Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Manage the financial health of client accounts, including organic revenue growth, and supporting SVP in forecasting, billing, and resource allocation.
- Treat client resources as if they were the agency's own, develop and monitor annual scopes of work (SOW) and provide input to SVP for staffing plans to ensure profitability.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, fostering experimentation and the adoption of cutting-edge media and technology solutions, including AI.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development. Foster a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement, addressing performance issues directly and promoting accountability.
- Participate in new business efforts and presentations as needed, showcasing the agency's expertise in media and technology solutions for healthcare clients.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ agency account management experience, with a strong focus on media or technology in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Demonstrated experience working in partnership with agency SMEs in programmatic buying, ad tech platforms, and data analytics is essential
- Position will require some travel for in-person client meetings (about 5%)

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
