Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, policies, and workforce planning to support organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and Pennsylvania labor laws, including child protection requirements.
- Serve as a confidential resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Lead training, professional development, succession planning, and safety programs.
- Manage HR systems and process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years HR leadership experience; nonprofit/multi-site experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
