Growing local construction company seeking to hire construction laborers to join their team!**_All positions are full-time, long-term roles. We currently are hiring for local positions where you are home every night._****Candidates will be working on commercial roofing projects. All of the work is on flat roofs. Candidates will be removing old roofs, and installing new roofs on the job sites. Candidates will be using hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure throughout the day. Candidates will also be lifting up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the day.**_Most weeks candidates will be working four 10 hour shifts. It is not always guaranteed, but if the weather cooperates, candidates will work Monday - Thursday, if there are days candidates cant work due to weather, employees will have to work Fridays and occasionally on a Saturday (if multiple work days in the week are cancelled due to weather)._**Candidates must:** Be comfortable working outside, in the elements Be able to work a physically intense job, lifting up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the shift Be able to read a tape measure Be comfortable using hand and power tools throughout the shift Have 6 months of experience in construction work, outdoor labor work, or general labor type of experience**Why work here:** Most weeks will be working four 10 hour shifts Learn a new skill in the construction industry Be home every night if you want to, or travel if you want to Weekly pay Benefits available**_If you are interested in these positions, please apply with resume and contact information for consideration!_****Job Type & Location**This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waite Park, MN.**Pay and Benefits**The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
