Job Summary The Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of operations at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center (HBNHC). This position monitors staffing and equipment expenses to meet the financial goals of the HBNHC budget. This position will plan, manage, and execute appropriate coverages for scheduled facility activities. Responsibilities include overseeing ice-related equipment and field of play maintenance, coordinating custodial services and ensuring on-time facility operations. This position may provide coverage for nights and weekends based on event schedules.
