Essential Functions
- Creates and instructs water aerobics in a group setting.
- Monitors and educates patrons on fitness and safety.
- Maintains a positive, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Must have CPR/First Aid Certification within 90-days of hire
- Must have AEA and NETA Certification. "AEA or ASFA certification preferred but not required.
- Must be punctual and have great communication skills
- Must have the ability to attract and retain new members
