What You'll Do

As our Medical Records Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping patient care running smoothly by:

✅ Processing medical record requests accurately and securely

✅ Maintaining patient records within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

✅ Responding to requests from providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and authorized third parties

✅ Retrieving archived medical records when needed

✅ Supporting quality improvement initiatives

✅ Assisting patient outreach efforts

✅ Collaborating with providers and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

✅ Maintaining medical records supplies and office equipment

✅ Helping wherever needed to support the success of the team

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Basic computer and keyboarding skills

✔ Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous healthcare or medical office experience
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Compensation

$21.50–$25.25 per hour
