Rutland Town School -Middle School Girls Basketball Coach (7th and 8th Grade)- Rutland Town School is seeking a dedicated 7th/8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for candidates with solid basketball knowledge, a passion for mentoring middle school athletes, and a drive to build a supportive, team-first culture.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Develop a solid rapport with student-athletes, serving as a positive role model on and off the court.
Promote individual player growth, teamwork, and high standards of sportsmanship.
Work collaboratively with the Athletic Director in alignment with school athletic policies and program goals.
Position Details:
Dates: November 9, 2026 – February 22, 2027
Stipend: $2,000
Timeline: Applicant screening begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
Salary : $2,000 - $20,000
