Dental Front Office Manager – Full-Time | Chesterfield, VA
We’re hiring a Dental Front Office Manager for a patient-focused, supported role.
Our office has a dedicated insurance verification team and separate billing department, so your focus is on patient communication, scheduling, operation flow, not chasing claims or handling insurance issues all day.
Insurance responsibilities are limited and supported, with only limited direct involvement.

What You’ll Do
- Present and explain treatment plans and financial options
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment
- Prepare patient charts for visits
- Check patients in/out and collect co-pays
- Coordinate insurance verification with team support
- Perform limited verification (e.g., missing info at check-in, select insurance)
- Submit and track pre-authorizations
- Maintain accurate documentation Ascend
Requirements
- 5 years dental front office manager, insurance verification, or treatment coordinator experience
- Strong communication and case presentation skills
- Familiarity with insurance and pre-authorizations
- Experience with Ascend required
