Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of children. The Teacher will work closely with students to enhance their academic and social skills, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to meet the needs of students.
  • Create lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide individualized support for children with special education needs through early intervention strategies.
  • Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Engage in effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student development and welfare.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students, ensuring child welfare is prioritized.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Skills

  • Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
  • Experience working with children in various settings including daycare, preschool, or private schools.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
  • Familiarity with tutoring methods and literacy education strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics while promoting an inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
  • Experience in early childhood education, including Montessori methods or toddler care practices is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
