What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Development Assistant/Intern position at Greater Philadelphia YMCA?
This position aims to help a college student connect with the Greater Philadelphia community. Working directly with the Workforce Development program, this intern will communicate with program leaders, directors, and students to further engage with and explore the positive outcomes of YMCA teen programming.

What is needed for this job:
Intern must be an incoming college sophomore or older.
There is no ‘ideal’ major for this internship; however, students from these areas of study may find more relevance than others:
Social Work
Sociology
Human Development
Psychology
Education
Spanish fluency is advantageous.
This internship is eligible for college credit.
The responsibilities we will trust you with:
Reach out to program leads, parents, and directors to address issues and collect program feedback.
Use OnTrack curriculum software to track data, map adjustments, and check in with students.
Develop and administer surveys.
Track program attendance and complete administrative tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
