- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or other approved healthcare credential
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or in a camp, school, pediatric, emergency, or community health setting preferred
- Ability to assess injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and maintain confidential medical records
- Ability to communicate effectively with campers, families, healthcare providers, and camp staff
- Provide first aid, basic medical care, and health assessments for campers and staff
- Administer and document prescription and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
- Conduct camper and staff health screenings and maintain accurate medical records
- Manage the camp health center, including medical supplies, equipment, and first aid kits
- Coordinate medical appointments and communicate with parents, healthcare providers, and camp leadership regarding participant health concerns
- Respond to medical emergencies and support implementation of the camp's emergency response procedures
- Complete required accident, incident, and medication documentation
- Educate campers and staff on health, wellness, and injury prevention
- Partner with camp leadership to maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive camp environment
