What is needed for this job:
-
Age 18 and have 2 years Aquatics Fitness or Fitness Instructor experience preferred
-
Have an Aquatics Group Exercise Instructor Certification
-
Can perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen or ability to pass provided trainings

The ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you
The responsibilities we will trust you with:

Conducting primarily deep water workouts

Finding new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class

Instructing an effective, safe class for all abilities at the YMCA

Willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors
