Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Recovery Court Coordinator to lead and oversee the Adult Recovery Court program at Hillsborough Superior Court – Southern District. This role is responsible for managing program operations, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to justice-involved individuals. The coordinator plays a key role in program development, community collaboration, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and overall management of the Recovery Court program.
- Ensure program compliance with All Rise Recovery Court best practices, grant requirements, and state/federal regulations.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team including court personnel, attorneys, therapists, probation officers, and community partners.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, case discussions, and program planning sessions.
- Supervise, train, and support Recovery Court Case Managers.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of program staff.
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare and submit required reports in compliance with grant and contract requirements.
- Develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with leadership.
- Serve as liaison to the Recovery Court steering committee and support fundraising and community engagement efforts.
- Coordinate referrals and ensure clients have access to appropriate services, including housing resources.
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams to ensure delivery of evidence-based treatment services.
- Maintain adherence to agency policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or justice-involved services.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of community resources and service systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking/reporting systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.
