Position Responsibilities: The Director of Clinical Programs (DCP) will provide leadership and structure for Clinical Programs team building and staff support. Directly supervise program supervisors and provide guidance for all team members as appropriate. Will screen and audit intakes and supervise PSWs as needed. Oversee the implementation and adherence of changes in regulations and guidance from GLSS administration, funding sources or relevant partners and ensure appropriate staff training. Maintain a working knowledge of each program's statistics, caseload expectations, finances and contractual requirements. Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of department policies and procedures. Provide clinical input and consultation as needed for GLSS leadership, programs, and staff. Oversee program team meetings and individual supervision meetings as required and needed.

Page Range: $114,400.00 - $120,640.00 per year

Qualifications
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
- Must possess a Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) of experience in a supervisory role in Human Services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with team members, consumers and their support systems, providers and business partners.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize situations.
- Ability to process information accurately and to make appropriate decisions based on the specific situation and circumstances
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to work successfully in an interdisciplinary team.
- Effective documentation skills with the ability to complete documentation that is timely accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory requirements
- Ability to assess and respond to high-risk situations when needed
- Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information and documentation with discretion and according to GLSS policy and HIPAA guidelines.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependability and a commitment to consistently meeting responsibilities and deadlines.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Page Range: $114,400.00 - $120,640.00 per year
