What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Custodian - 2nd Shift position at Greater Lowell Technical High School?
This position schedule is Monday through Friday, : 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The first two weeks of training will be 1st shift. What you will do: The following information is a brief example of typical duties the individual may be required to perform.
It is not to be considered all inclusive.Responsible for cleaning the facilities, including trash removal, floor cleaning, general cleaning, and sanitizing; sets up for school and miscellaneous events; and other related duties. The skills and abilities we are looking for: Ability to work independently on assignments and with peers. Ability to work well with individuals from manydiverse backgrounds and professions, as well as the student body. Prior work experience required.
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to move and carry heavy loads; ability to climb stairs and ladders.
