MultiCare Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18–59) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges. Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides outreach-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including substance use disorder (SUD). This multidisciplinary teams can provide SUD, medical, rehabilitative, and peer services in the field to individuals who lack consistent access to these vital services. Why Join Us?
