The Campus Pastor is the primary leader and operational manager for a physical location of Greater IMPACT Church. Reporting directly to the Executive Pastor, you act as the local face of the ministry, ensuring that the church’s vision is executed with excellence in a physical setting. Your goal is to create a welcoming, high-quality environment where people can connect with God and each other. You are responsible for managing local volunteers, overseeing the Sunday experience, and providing direct pastoral care to the local congregation, all while maintaining total alignment with the church’s central leadership.

Scope of Services
- Satellite Service Hosting Serve as the "Live Host" for all on-site services, handling the platform transitions (Welcome, Announcements, Offering, and Closing Prayer) around the simulcast sermon.
- On-Site Experience Management Oversee the technical and aesthetic quality of the satellite environment, ensuring the video stream and local production meet church standards.
- Local Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor the local volunteer base (Ushers, Tech, Hospitality) to ensure the campus runs autonomously and with excellence.
- Direct Pastoral Care Act as the primary shepherd for the local flock, providing in-person prayer, counseling, and hospital visits for the members at your specific campus.
- Vision Synchronization Meet weekly with the Operations Pastor and other Campus Pastors to ensure all satellite locations are moving in a unified direction.
- Occasional Live Preaching Deliver the sermon live on-site only during designated "Campus Pastor" weekends or for specialized local events, as scheduled by the Lead Pastor.
- Local Outreach & Growth Drive local community engagement to grow the satellite campus's footprint in its specific neighborhood.
Leadership & Technical
- Proven Track Record 3–5 years of experience leading a church, campus, or marketplace team with a focus on operational health.
- Platform Presence Ability to host a service with warmth, clarity, and authority, effectively "bridging" the gap between the live audience and the video teaching.
- Unified Spirit A commitment to the "One Church, Multiple Locations" model, thriving in a role that supports a centralized teaching vision.
- Pastoral Maturity A mature Christian walk with the ability to shepherd a local community face-to-face.
- Mandatory Background Check Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and sex offender registry screening.
