Job Description Job Summary Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers related to title services. Job Responsibilities Responsible for processing policy packages to determine if all requirements have been met to produce the policy/endorsement requested Performs centralized clerical processing of policies including duties such as typing policies, reviewing policies for compliance and claim prevention, delivering policies to customer and transmitting policies to underwriter(s) Follows standard procedures and guidelines Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience Typically requires 2 years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
