Positions Overview
GHCCM seeks a Director of Operations and Systems Development to partner with the CEO in leading organizational excellence, data tracking, accountability, and efficiency.
The primary focus for this person will be tasked with creating, developing, designing and implementing advanced systems to manage data, grants, and departmental tasks.
The secondary focus for this person will be oversee human resources and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate can build and customize workflow software—such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms—to create a connected, data-driven system that supports collaboration, performance tracking, connecting multiple systems to pull, report, and track data into one overarching system for strategic planning, grant reporting, and communication across all departments
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a centralized data and task management system integrating multiple departments.
- Design and implement programming to assign task from one platform across all departments
- Develop automated dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools for grant metrics, outcomes, and performance.
- Train staff and ensure consistent data use across departments.
- Oversee all human resources functions: hiring, onboarding, evaluations, compliance, disciplinary action, dismissals, and professional development.
- Support CEO in analyzing progress on strategic and grant-related goals through measurable metrics.
- Manage daily administrative operations, office systems, and vendor relationships.
- Foster a Christ-centered culture of excellence, compassion, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit or ministry settings.
- Proven skill in developing software-based systems (Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, bloomerang, or similar).
- Strong technical understanding of data tracking, automation, and workflow design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Commitment to missions values of faith and ministry-driven leadership.
- Experience with HR, donor relations, and project management software
- Knowledge of nonprofit operations, grant compliance, and reporting.
- Ability to train and support staff in adopting new technologies.
