THE BASICS
Pay: Depending on experience, you'll earn $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Schedule: You generally work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required (up to 5 days at a time).

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR JOURNEYMAN HVAC INSTALLER
You're in charge of our projects from start to finish and take responsibility for what your team achieves. Throughout each job, you'll direct your team in completing flawless heating and air conditioning installations that meet our standards and the client's expectations. To succeed, you'll need to be able to instruct others, maintain vital documents, and solve problems as they arise. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Training apprentices and junior technicians
- Providing ongoing mentoring to help your team grow their skills and complete quality work
- Troubleshooting and solving installation issues
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and building codes
- Coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and project managers
- Maintaining clean job sites and organized work vehicles
- Completing reports, timesheets, and job documents
- Acting as a professional representative of our company at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid KY journeyman HVAC license
- 5 years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
PREFERRED CRITERIA
- Leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation procedures, codes, and safety standards
- Ability to travel for up to 5 consecutive days as needed
- Basic computer skills for using digital tools, completing reports, and accessing work orders
