HVAC Service Sales Representative

Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati Area
Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year Commission Opportunities
Greater Comfort Mechanical is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow our commercial service business throughout Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, developing long-term business relationships, and helping customers protect their HVAC investments through preventative maintenance and service agreements.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role focused on generating and maintaining commercial service accounts. You will work directly with facility managers, property managers, business owners, and commercial customers to develop customized maintenance solutions that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
What You'll Do
- Prospect new commercial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and walk-in sales visits
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
- Generate new sales opportunities for Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements and HVAC Service Contracts
- Conduct customer visits and facility assessments
- Prepare and present service agreement proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build long-term partnerships through exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify replacement opportunities and coordinate turnover of those opportunities to the Installation Department for estimating and project development
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales, business development, account management, or HVAC sales experience preferred
- HVAC, mechanical services, construction, facility management, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person sales visits
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually plus commission opportunities
