This position offers an annual pay range of $80,000 to $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation of up to four weeks, as well as paid holidays. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You begin your day dispatching from home, ready to lead a commercial HVAC project. With tools prepared and your crew looking for guidance, you navigate blueprints and technical specs easily. You mentor apprentices, ensuring tasks like RTU and ductwork installs are done precisely and in compliance. Coordinating with project managers, subs, and clients, you keep quality and timelines in focus. When challenges arise, you troubleshoot quickly. By day's end, your workspace is organized, and reports and timesheets are submitted accurately.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A COMMERCIAL LEAD HVAC INSTALLER?
We're looking for a skilled professional who can work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, while meeting the following requirements:
- Valid KY Journeyman HVAC license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Willingness to travel up to 5 consecutive days at a time
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation procedures, code compliance, and safety standards
- Basic computer skills for using digital tools, completing reports, and accessing work orders
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience is a plus!
