What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Band Teacher/Director position at Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium?
Must possess Ohio K-12 Music licensure/certification; must meet ODE HQT qualifications; must complete and pass BCII and FBI background checks.
This individual should be an energetic highly motivated educator with a desire to teach at grades 5-12 school level. This is a teaching position that includes involvement with all levels of the Felicity Franklin Schools Band Program, including the high school marching band. Along with strong concert and marching skills, the ideal candidate will need to be versed in teaching/performance techniques and full ensemble instruction and conducting. Experience in working as a band teacher is preferred.
