Assists the Principal with leading the day-to-day operations and serving as an instructional leader within the JR/SR High School building. Implements and enforces policies, standards, and strategic plans within assigned school. Supervises school staff and provides leadership, coaching & feedback, and performance management in an effort to facilitate effective operations, teaching, and learning. Gathers and submits data regarding the progress and status of building operations and instructional activities.
